Talented and celebrated wildlife artist John Clarke is giving retailers throughout Britain the chance to be a part of his dealer network. John’s limited edition, signed giclee prints capture the beauty of nature and reveal an intimate awareness of it that was honed during his 20-year career as headkeeper on the Whitewell estate. His artwork includes portraits, such as a drake mallard, and landscape scenes, including a hen pheasant in a woodland and a black Labrador retrieving a cock pheasant.

Influenced by 17th Century Flemish baroque artists, Lancashire-based John produces commissioned pieces as well as paintings of game birds, horses and shooting accessories. In 2006 he was commissioned by the Duchy of Lancaster, owner of Whitewell estate, to produce a painting for the Queen’s 80th birthday celebrations.
