Anglo-Spanish Imports is the new UK distributor for Turkish shotgun brand, Huglu.
Previously distributed by Edgar Brothers, Huglu produces a range of shotguns but has traditionally focused on its .410 over-and-under in the UK. When Edgar Brothers ceased to distribute Huglu in 2013, it said the brand “struggled to find a place in the UK market.”
This year, ASI has added Huglu to existing brands Rizzini and AYA, and managing director Edward King said: “We are proud to have been selected by Huglu to be its exclusive representative for the UK market.” Huglu will also celebrate its centenary this year, and has outlined plans for a eagerly-anticipated new model, the Nitro Beast semi-auto.
