The longest-established gunmaker in the world, Beretta, has confirmed it will be exhibiting at the UK Game Fair at Stoneleigh on 22-24 July 2016. The Italian gunmaker will be joining other industry leaders such as Fiocchi, Yamaha, Boxall & Edmiston, Eley Hawk, EJ Churchill Promatic and many more.
The legendary Italian brand is a world leader in shotgun manufacturing, producing quality guns at all price points across game and clay shooting markets.
Beretta’s iconic guns are distributed in the UK and Ireland by GMK Limited. GMK’s managing director Karl Waktare was enthusiastic about the show: “Beretta is the leading worldwide shotgun manufacturer and they cover a huge variety of price points right up to £50,000-plus. We’ll be using the show to highlight our new products ahead of the autumn.”
The Beretta empire incorporates many of the world’s most recognisable names in shotguns, rifles and optics, including Sako, Benelli, Tikka, Franchi, Steiner and Burris.
Mr Waktare has thrown his full support behind the UK Game Fair and is looking forward to July next year. He said: “We have worked with the organiser for many years across several magazines and feel it’s a good central location at the right time of year. The CLA Game Fair is clearly no more and that leaves a vacuum in terms of country fairs – this is one event that will help to fill the void. The NAEC at Stoneleigh has a good motorway network with large capacity for motor vehicles and has good infrastructure, as well as a huge population reach within a couple hours.”
