Thermoteknix Systems Ltd has two TiCAM models, the 750MR (medium range), which has a 384×288 detector, and the 750LR (long range), which has a higher resolution 640×480 detector. These military specification handheld thermal imagers have a clamshell body protected by rubber casing, allowing it to be used in all climates and weathers. Four AA batteries power the TiCAM’s electronic focus and digital zoom, edge detection, external video output and eight hours of runtime.
