Ali Valentine of Llanbedrog’s Shooting School, featured in a previous Little Acorns column in Gun Trade News, has joined the swelling ranks of those organising ladies-only shooting events.
The 100-bird ‘Ladies in the Line’ event on 20 September promises to be an event for both beginners and experienced shots, and will entail driven partridge, grouse and decoyed woodpigeon targets, concluding with the school’s renowned high pheasant stand.
Ms Valentine said: “Our shooting grounds are spectacular in presentation, views, and we can present the most lifelike and exciting of game simulations.
“I know these events are now becoming very popular, and why not?”
The day is open by pre-entry only; entry remains open until 17 August.
