Viking Arms is hosting another of its trade events at Swinton Park in North Yorkshire, 22-23 May.
The trade-only event, which the Gun Trade News team attended in 2015, serves as a platform for Viking Arms to launch its new products, showcase existing lines, give retailers the chance to talk directly to manufacturers, and try a selection of rifles and shotguns on outdoor ranges.
The success of last year’s event means the event is expanding this year, requiring the change of venue. Swinton Park is a luxury castle hotel within a 20,000-acre shooting estate, complete with deer park and lake.
Attendees will be able to speak to representatives from Ruger, Meopta, Merkel, Lapua and more. On the clay line visitors can try out the latest shotguns and the Promatic Grouse trap and Eley Hawk cartridges – plus Promatic is providing a Running Boar target for rifle shooting.
Throughout the two days of the event seminars will be held and there will be a range of displays and activities, plus a trade dinner on the Sunday evening with charity auction.
