The Association of Professional Shooting Instructors have announced that Browning have agreed to sponsor the APSI with a selection of Sporting and Trap guns for use on the APSI courses. The gunmakers have been involved in the three four-day courses held for far this year.
Two basic courses took place in April and May; at Lady’s Wood Shooting Ground in Gloucestershire, and the third at the clay shooting centre at Doveridge Shooting Ground. Following the events students were invited to join the APSI to enjoy membership benefits.
In additions, following considerable development, the first ever FITASC instructor course was also run at Doveridge Shooting Ground in May. The course attracted students from seven countries; including several full-time coaches, one national team coach, and top international shooting team members from Italy, France and South Africa.
A second FITASC Level One course is planned for October, and an advanced FITASC Level Two is planned for 2019 for those who have successfully completed the Level One course. Further information is available by calling 01782 397961 or online at apsi.co.uk
