In a very bullish statement sent to Gun Trade News, IWA has signalled that the 50th anniversary event, taking place in Nuremberg from 29 February to 2 March, is selling out of exhibitor space fast.
“Demand is particularly high in the area of hunting and sporting guns, ammunition and optics and the associated accessories. The relevant halls are fully booked except for a handful of spaces.” read the statement.
It also highlighted the thermal imaging segment and AIRSOFT as fast-growing sectors.
To mark the 50th anniversary, the IWA OutdoorClassics supporting program will also be expanded. The aim is to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity. The anniversary will be celebrated with the industry at an IWA Future Party. Both exhibitors and visitors can already purchase party tickets
“Especially in our industry, a personal connection between international manufacturers and specialist retailers from all over the world is extremely important,” said Rebecca Renn, Event Director of IWA OutdoorClassics. “We are delighted that they have been calling Nuremberg their home for over five decades now.”
