London gunmaker and luxury brand James Purdey & Sons is on the hunt for a full-time flagship boutique manager.
The permanent role is seen as a key one for the brand, as it is the first touch point that clients have.
The main responsibility of the role is to ensure a strong brand ambassador for both clients within the boutique but also within the local community to ensure business us well represented.
The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving retail sales targets and objectives of the boutique; by ensuring that every client that visits the boutique receives the unique Purdey experience, ensuring the entire operation is running in compliance with the companies’ policies, procedures, and standards.
They will also be charged with leading, managing and developing the sales team to deliver the highest level of client service and knowledge, while also ensuring that visual merchandise presentation reflects the brand vision and meets the highest standards.
Key qualities of the successful applicant will include at least five to 10 years previous experience in a luxury boutique, experience in developing a team, being client-centric and understanding their needs, knowledge of luxury clothing, an excellent eye for visual merchandising, an outgoing personality and commercial focus.
