With plans for further growth and additional exciting brands, Sportsman Gun Centre is on the lookout for more key staff to help its expansion.
First up, the firm is seeking two account managers – one based in the north and the other in the southeast – to represent its trade division
Working closely within the industry, the account managers will help supply leading brands to the trade, advising dealers where required as well as promoting current and new products to grow the SGC business and the dealers.
Each is a full-time position and will require travel within the
area and some international trips. The package includes a choice of office on wheels for the right candidates.
SGC is also hunting a full-time head of e-commerce and SEO to promote growing sales on a newly launched website.
Based in Exeter, the applicant will have previous experience with web technologies and e-commerce in particular. A full understanding of SEO, SEO strategy and
managing Google accounts is a must, along with the ability to manage a large database of SKUs, basic HTML skills, Google Adwords experience and a keen eye for detail.
It also needs a full-time retail sales assistant to join the team at its busy Exeter head office, able to cope with flexible working hours between 8am and 5.30pm with shift work.
The Exeter head office also requires a warehouse assistant to support picking and packing a broad range of products to fulfil customer orders, checking quantities and accurately recording stock movements, along with general warehouse duties.
This warehouse is a fast-moving area of the business and job roles are varied and interesting.
The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
For the latter two roles, previous shooting knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
