With the optical standards you’d expect from Zeiss, the German manufacturer’s new rangefinding binos are a top-end unit, ranging all the way out to 2,500 yards. Featuring split-second data, an integrated ballistic information system, called BIS II, and Bluetooth connectivity, the binos provide exact customised output data incorporating environmental sensors for angle, temperature, and air-pressure. More than that, they connect to the Zeiss Hunting app, so users can program the binos using their smartphone. A new double-link-bridge, large focusing wheel with ‘comfort-focus’ and robust magnesium housing provide excellent ergonomics.
