The annual Gun Trade Dinner, hosted by the Gun and Allied Trade Benevolence Society (GATBS), returns for a festive outing on Thursday 12 December at the Victory Services Club, Marble Arch.
The Society supports persons who are, or have been, employed in the manufacturing, selling, distributing, retailing and educational areas of the shooting industry, including their immediate family and dependants who are in need or experiencing hardship, both on a long and short term basis. All profits of the Gun Trade Dinner go to the GATBS.
“Big” Phil Campion has already been announced as the after-dinner speaker and a GATBS spokesperson has described the event as the ‘largest attended yet’ and a ‘must-attend Gun Trade event’.
A statement continued: “The ‘new’ December date allows trade members to use the occasion as a pre-Christmas get-together for fellow trade members, customers, staff and friends alike.”
In addition GATBS are attempting to re-establish a list of “long sufferers” – the members of the Gun Trade and Allied Traders who have served 25 years or more in the industry.
If you have over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, selling, distributing, retailing or education in the shooting industry please contact Sam Perry.
Tickets for the Gun Trade Dinner cost £69 and include a three-course meal and half a bottle of wine per person.
