Focused on servicing the south of the UK, the role requires a proven track record of account management, strong knowledge of the field sports sector and the ability to uphold high customer service values. The suitable candidate will also be required to travel large areas of the country making visits to a wide customer base, which will include overnight stays.


  • Must have a proven track record of field sales and territory management 
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities 
  • Strong conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills 
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise responsibilities and manage time effectively 
  • IT literate with Microsoft packages 
  • Full, clean driving licence


  • Shotgun &/or firearms licence 
  • Southern based 
  • Industry experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong commercial awareness
