Eley Hawk has announced a new partnership with The Country Food Trust, as the charity group aims to provide one million meals to those living in poverty.
Speaking of the announcement, Rodrigo Crespo, MD of Eley Hawk, commented: “When asked to become a supporter it was clear that the aims and objectives of the charity were closely aligned to the future direction of both organisations.
“Extending our support to this charity is just one way in which we can give back into this endeavour to help share our success further afield to people who desperately need help.
“We would commend this charity to our trade customers, and consumers who shoot our products as a worthwhile cause to provide a helping hand up to those living in poverty when they need it most.”
Tim Woodward, CEO of The Country Food Trust, added: “We are so pleased to welcome a long long-established company, Eley Hawk, to our growing rosta of key supporters. Having them on board gives a major boost to the way we operate, by ensuring that we can continue the work we do.
The Country Food Trust have already supplied over 350,000 meals and have their sights set on serving one million.
Tim Woodward continued: “This is real team effort right across the UK and supporters like Eley Hawk should be rightly proud of what they will achieve with us going forward. We are passionately committed to ensuring that the shooting community does our level best to support this objective.”
