It’s just three months to go now until the Northern Shooting Show gets under way, and in preparation, the NSS has confirmed more exhibitors and brands have been added to the event.

On their new confirmed sponsors, the NSS said: “Having started trading over 70 years ago they’ve grown to be one of the largest distributors in the UK and represent a huge range of popular brands such as; Aimpoint, Bushnell, CZ, Hornady, Savage and Zoli that are all well known to serious shooters.

“The Edgar Brothers team will be at the show to impart their technical product knowledge, display some of the new 2019 products from their portfolio, and give sound impartial best advice and be able to point you in the right direction to one of their preferred dealers in close proximity at the show to buy the product.”

Head of Marketing at Edger Brothers, Richard Farrimond, said: “We’re excited to be exhibiting at the show and hope to reach a new audience from what we’re used to seeing at some of the other national shows. We’ve heard positive reports from the trade and visitors, and we’re looking forward to serving our customers and supporting this established event. ‘’

As well as NSI being confirmed as The NSS’s cartridge sponsor, Leupold will be sponsoring the NSS’s free showguide, which all visitors will be able to pick up for free. Leupold will be showcasing their optics in Gunmakers Hall 1 as well as on their demonstration viewing platform which will overlook the showground.

There will also be a Gundog Area that will feature scurry competitions organised by BASC, as well as demonstrations and clinics by Simon and Kate Jewitt of Stoneycarin Gundogs.

The NSS said: “New for 2019 is a specialist advice marquee with experts from different fields of the gundog world on hand to chat to visitors who will also be giving talks throughout the two days on a variety of Gundog-related subjects.”
