Expect a strong presence from optics firm Leica at IWA, with the newly revamped Geovid rangefinding binoculars taking centre stage.
With a built-in rangefinder, these binos can range effectively out to 3,000 yards – the furthest of any comparable model. There’s also a built-in calculator (in the HD-B models) that returns ballistic compensation data, matched to the user’s specific hunting rig and factor in environmental conditions, within a fraction of a second.
These high-tech binos also boast a revamped and more legible display, a scan mode, and a classic ergonomic design.
