iwa2016_banner_300x250_neutral_statBusinesses across Europe and the world are gearing up for the shooting industry’s highlight of the year: IWA Outdoor Classics 2016, Nuremberg, 4-7 March.

IWA will see the largest names in shooting showcase their latest and greatest products, with ground-breaking new designs hitting the market. Often these new product launches, unveiled for the first time at IWA, are the driving forces of the market for the next 12 months.

And this year there are even more exhibitors than last year. IWA’s statistics for 2015 show there were 1,379 exhibitors; this year that’s risen to 1,452, with 69 of those being home-grown British companies.

IWA’s Thomas Preutenborbeck told Gun Trade News how attending IWA can be a huge advantage for your business: “A visit to the exhibition is guaranteed to bring your range and your knowledge of the latest trends up to date. Exhibitors from the worlds of target sports, nature activities and protecting people, plus the biggest exhibition of knives in the world, make IWA a must-attend event.

“Only eligible visitors from the retail trade, wholesale trade, import and export are admitted to IWA OutdoorClassics. This gives you as an exhibitor the unique opportunity to cultivate long-term contacts with key decision-makers and make your quality products known all over the world. So you have new opportunities to expand your global export business every year and make yourself more independent of economic fluctuations.”

To accompany you to Nuremberg, the April edition of Gun Trade News has a 16-page pull-out guide, including tips on making the most of the four days, key exhibitor listings and an overview of Nuremberg. If you can’t make it to Germany this year, GTN will be bringing you the highlights from all the product launches and industry news in the next issue.
