The Italian brand has a formidable reputation with over 130 years of business behind it, and forms an effective replacement for Remington’s metallic ammunition in the Edgar Brothers portfolio.
Fiocchi previously distributed its metallic rounds through its own UK branch, Fiocchi UK, whose director is Graham Morris. He said: “Although Fiocchi is a well known brand in the UK, it has mainly been renowned for shotgun cartridges rather than rifle ammunition.
“Edgar Brothers is a specialist when it comes to metallic ammunition and components, so they were the obvious choice for us.
“We feel that their marketing muscle will extensively complement our brand.”
