Alpha Elite Practical Shotgun Cartridges
Eley Hawk has launched its latest innovation in cartridges, the Alpha Elite. The brand new “birdshot” cartridge for the practical shooting discipline has been crafted to ensure the best-results for the fast-paced sport.
The load is 28 gram 7.5 shot fibre wad 70mm case length cartridge with a 16mm brass. The PSB+3 powder reduces smoke output at the muzzle to ensure the best possible visibility for shooters firing multiple shots in a narrow target area.
The fibre wad system in the cartridge helps to form a tight pattern with a dense centre to avoid the “no shoot” penalty target.
Eley Hawk’s marketing manager David Thompson commented: “We worked with the Wiliamson team to develop the match ammo and we’re really pleased. It should be in the shops by around January.”

Beretta’s best-selling Silver Pigeon 1, in female specification, became available for delivery in November 2019. The Vittoria stock features dedicated ergonomics which ensure smooth, comfortable and precise handling.
